Payment Options:
On-line orders can be paid by credit card, debit card using PayPal.
For other payment options like Western Union, Moneygram, Bank to Bank transfer please contact us first so we can give you the Details.
Shipping and Handling Policy:
To ensure a fast, expedited delivery, please check that delivery address is correct and the payment has been processed or successful. Magic Potions Online Beauty Shop will not be held liable for any shipments sent to the incorrect address provided by the customer. We only deliver to the address indicated in your Paypal or Ecrater Order Notification Email.
Credit and Debit card orders made before 12pm (noontime, Philippine Time or 9pm, Thursday, pacific time) are shipped on the same business day. Check payments process through Paypal must clear before shipment is processed.
Shipping will take 7-10 business days. There will be an unlikely event where shipping will be delayed due to strict customs and post office clearance that would need your signature to release the item. Shipping is tracked for the safety of your products, the tracking number will be provided once the shipment has been made and it could be tracked through a website.

-We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customs Fees, Returns Policy:
*Please note that customs and import policies in some countries prohibit the importing of herbal products for personal use. It is your responsibility to check your country's policies. Because of increased vigilance in Germany, we no longer ship to Germany.
* Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office.

* Magic Potions Online Beauty Shop will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office.
* No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.
* Magic Potions Online Beauty Shop will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office.
* Magic Potions Online Beauty Shop will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. We do our best to research your country's customs fee requirements before we shipped your product to prevent any additional fees.
* Most of our products includes free shipping if not all but there may be an unlikely event that a specific fee may be required by your country that you pay before releasing the item.
* Please be advised, Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.
